Happy New Years 🎉 and hope everyone is ready for an exciting 2019! To kick off the new year we’re releasing some new alerts that you can subscribe to. Now, along with our daily lost buy box notification, you can be notified on low reviews, buy box price changes, and amazon.com content changes. All these alerts will be rolled up into your daily “Alert” email which you should already be receiving!

Low Review Alert

Responding to 1 or a 2 star reviews is a great way to help turn a potentially bad customer experience into a great one. It help boasts your brand’s reputation and builds trust. Now you can receive a daily alert with a summary of all the reviews with a star rating below a threshold you set!

Buy Box Price Change Alert

There are a number of reasons why you might be interested in being notified on a product’s price change. Maybe you’re interested in enforcing a Minimum Advertised Price or want to make sure that a product’s price doesn’t get to high and continues to be competitive in the marketplace. Either way, you can now set a minimum and maximum price for your products and be notified when the price breaches those thresholds!

How to set a minimum or maximum price

You can set the minimum and maximum price by going to a product’s page and selecting “Alerts”. A modal will appear and you will be able to set the minimum and maximum prices you want to be alerted on. If you have a lot of products you want to set price thresholds for, send us an email and we can bulk upload your settings!

Content Change Alert

The final new alert type we have is the content change alert. Team members may be in charge of making sure the proper content is displayed on Amazon.com. Our new alert will help them make sure the content is exactly how they want it! You will now be alerted when the title, description, or bullet points change, color coded to make it easy to see what the changes are.

Customize Alerts

Not every team member needs to receive all alerts for all accounts. We’ve now added settings so each individual team member can chose which alerts they receive for specific accounts. You can changes these settings by going to your “User Settings > Alerts” page.
